1. What products does Star Market Harsidhi offer?

We offer a wide range of fashion and cosmetic products, including men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing, wedding suits, sarees, ethnic wear, beauty products, and accessories.

2. Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Star Market Harsidhi has a market of 16 fashion shops located at:
Plot No. 248/251, Main Road, Bazaar, Harsidhi Pakariya, Motihari – 845422, Bihar.

However, returns/exchanges for online orders must be processed online only.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes up to 7 days, depending on your location.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes.

5. Are the prices on your website inclusive of all taxes?

Yes, all prices displayed on StarMarketHarsidhi.com include all applicable taxes.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options:

·       Digital Wallets

·       Cash on Delivery (COD)

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, based on category:

·       Clothing: Return or exchange within 5 days

·       Wedding suits & sarees: Exchange only

·       Cosmetics: Non-returnable, unless damaged or defective

·       Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

8. Who pays the return shipping charges?

Star Market Harsidhi will pay the return shipping charges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will arrange a free pickup and process a replacement or refund as per the policy.

10. Can I cancel my order?

·       You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

·       Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

11. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
You can track your order until delivery.

12. Do you store customer information?

Yes, we securely store customer information to provide faster checkout and better service.
Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Can offline purchases be returned online?

No.

·       Online purchases must be returned online only.

·       Offline purchases must be returned/exchanged at the respective shop inside Star Market.

14. What if my order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Contact us within 24 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Investigation may take 2–5 working days.
